NEW YORK, NY, September 20—Bob Meier, the partner-in-charge of Friedman LLP’s Forensic Accounting Services Group, will deliver the opening remarks at the NJSCPA Education Foundation’s Insolvency & Reorganization Conference on September 21 in Iselin, New Jersey.
As the Chairman of the New Jersey Society of CPAs Insolvency & Reorganization Interest Group, which is sponsoring the conference, Bob will kick off a day-long series of sessions covering a broad range of topics. Tax priorities, secured creditor issues, mediation, out-of-court alternatives and recent bankruptcy developments within the IRS and the United States Trustees Office are all on the agenda.
