Litigation Support

Friedman conducts royalty compliance audits, evaluations of internal controls, and forensic accounting investigations on behalf of licensors, licensees, business owners and managers. These services are backed by our other Friedman FLVS services, including litigation support, in the event that the result of our audit or other investigation results in a litigated claim. Thus, we are able to provide our clients with comfort as to compliance with licensing agreements and, when non-compliance is indicated, we are then able to assist them and their legal counsel in enforcing their contractual rights.

We conduct forensic accounting investigations on behalf of corporate management, boards of directors and outside counsel.
