The Friedman Real Estate Services Group held a tax seminar, “New Realities in Real Estate,” on June 3, 2009 in New Jersey and June 10, 2009 in New York City.  The program, featuring members of the real estate group, included an overview of changes in the marketplace, an in-depth discussion of debt relief opportunities and the benefits of gifting in a “down” economy.
