Bruce Fisher has been a partner at Friedman LLP since 1982. For more than 25 years, Bruce has been involved in all aspects of auditing, accounting, and tax strategizing and planning for clients in the apparel/textile, manufacturing, retailing, contracting, import/export, and services industries.
His experience includes:
- Reviewing and analyzing financial data to identify areas of growth and attrition
- Evaluating internal controls
- Monitoring cash flows, sales, payroll and inventory levels
- Performing cost/benefit analyses to determine ongoing and project profitability
- Developing relationships with financial markets, including banks, factors, and finance and investment companies
- Advising clients in negotiating credit arrangements
- Assisting clients in identifying new business opportunities
- Working closely with clients on estate planning strategies to maximize wealth
- Structuring workouts in troubled loan situations

Bruce Fisher received a B.A. from City College of New York in 1970 and an M.B.A. from Baruch College in 1975. He was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York in 1977. |
