Jill Jacobs, Chief Marketing Officer of Friedman, is a veteran of 25 years in professional services. She leads the marketing and communications strategy for the firm, bringing together integrated initiatives, practical execution, and a forward-thinking approach to drive growth. 



Expertise

Jill’s broad-based experience spans all areas of marketing.  Her expertise includes:

  • Developing strategic marketing plans for a variety of niche specialties, among them law, real estate, nonprofit, and high net-worth individuals
  • Creating and managing lead generation programs — email and direct mail campaigns; research studies; telemarketing; seminars and events; client, alumni, and referral source programs; database marketing
  • Overseeing communications — social media, websites, newsletters, videos, proposals, brochures, public relations, and advertising
  • Designing and presenting workshops and coaching accountants and attorneys on marketing, business development, and the use of LinkedIn
  • Consulting with business owners on expanding globally
  • Analyzing and reporting on marketing initiatives and new business generation
  • Establishing processes for streamlining marketing programs and operations

Prior to joining Friedman, Jill was the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Director at two regional CPA and advisory firms. Previously, she was an international marketing consultant, guiding clients in entering overseas markets and growing their sales.  She is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French and Portuguese.
