Harry C. Steinmetz, CPA, CIRA, CFE, is the Partner-In-Charge of New York Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services (“FLVS”) at Friedman LLP. He has over 30 years of experience providing litigation support and forensic accounting services in criminal and civil litigation cases.
He has represented individual entities, financial institutions, insurance companies and law firms, and has advised on fidelity claims resolution, bankruptcy, and merger and acquisition matters. Harry’s experience in providing large scale litigation support for high profile cases includes but is not limited to representing the defendants in the Dewey and LeBoeuf criminal fraud matter, representing a defendant in the Bernie Madoff matter, and representing the District Attorney of New York as a monitor in a sales tax fraud plea bargain agreement.
