With the new normal of hybrid work environments, a one-size-fits-all approach to employment doesn't cut it anymore — yielding to a new era of several new paths forward, not just one.

"At Friedman, we have been planning for and executing a multi-prong approach to engagement and advancement. We have always focused on customization, however it is an even greater focus right now," Gaal said.
"It will be developed as the hybrid model is developed so that we can adjust, accommodate and engage our employees as their needs change. We always ask ourselves what is in the best interest of our employees. Now, that question will become what is in the best interest of each employee, creating several layers and levels to accomplish a customized answer for each employee."
