Friedman LLP relocated its headquarters at 1700 Broadway to a 44,767 square foot office at One Liberty Plaza in Lower Manhattan.
The new innovative environment features open areas, bright colors, breakout rooms, state-of-the-art technologies and an 1,800 square foot employee cafe. Equally important, the location is close to the new Fulton Street Transit Center and World Trade Center PATH station, allowing employees easy commuting access and offering a variety of shopping and dining options.
“People are at the heart of everything we do at Friedman, and investing in our employees’ personal and professional well-being is built into the fabric of our firm. Moving our headquarters to One Liberty Plaza in Lower Manhattan will give our employees access to some of the best community amenities in the entire city and access to a major transportation hub,” said Fred Berk, Co-Managing Partner.
“Beyond the wonderful neighborhood we recently joined, we expect that our new space will be more reminiscent of a tech firm than an accounting firm. This office is one that people look forward to traveling to every day,” added Co-Managing Partner Harriet Greenberg.
Our move enhances the firm's ongoing growth efforts, continued commitment to employee work-life balance and its welcoming professional environment. With the move, Friedman will continue to explore new ways to maintain its recognition as a national and regional leader in the accounting industry and a “Best Place to Work.”
