Friedman quickly came up with a plan to help and advise their clients with its COVID-19 Resource Center online. “The CARES Act had many changes to keep businesses going during the pandemic,” Lombardo said. “Friedman responded with our task force, and clients used it to get updates via email and through our newsletter… It did a great job at keeping people informed.”
Those constant changes and updates throughout the pandemic put important issues in perspective and showed clients that a good CPA should be there to walk you through the fog.
