Steve Brodsky

Steve Brodsky is a partner within Friedman LLP’s real estate practice group. He brings over twenty years of experience in advising clients on tax matters related to the real estate industry. Steve concentrates his expertise in the areas of Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) tax compliance and planning, tax consulting, and federal and state tax compliance for real estate partnerships/limited liability companies, REITs and individuals.

Steve was a practicing attorney for nearly a decade before transitioning into the accounting industry. He joins Friedman with experience working in regionally and nationally prominent accounting firms, as well as in-house at one of New York’s leading commercial property management and development firms.
